4.  Flexibility:-

Terrible employers once believed that being "flexible" meant showing up to work on Sundays. The schedule is important, but flexibility encompasses much more. It involves attempting new things, picking up new skills, and looking at problems from various angles.

 

5.  Thinking Critically:-

No, "being too critical" is not what critical thinking entails. It entails using independent judgement rather than heedlessly mimicking others. Moreover, instead of just reiterating the objectives of others, define your own goals.

Not just for fashion designers, either! It's about coming up with unique, creative concepts. about life, work, and everything else. We are motivated to come up with fresh approaches to issues and activities while we are thinking creatively.

 

7.  Collaboration:-

I have bad news for you if you detested using your teamwork abilities in class. Teams, departments, and enterprises must work together in the majority of workplaces. The ability to work well with people is crucial in the twenty-first century.

 

8.  Dependability:-

Do you keep your promises? Can others depend on you? In both life and the workplace, dependability is a valuable trait. Not only do your friends and family depend on you, but also your coworkers and other members of your workplace.

 

9.  Self-Motivation:-

Let's face it, the majority of the jobs we must accomplish each day are rarely enjoyable. It's difficult to always inspire yourself to put out your best effort. In the end, though, intrinsic motivation improves your life and brings you satisfaction.

 

10. Cultural Intelligence:-

Both contemporary cultures and contemporary workplaces are multiracial. Regardless of nationality, mother tongue, or upbringing, everyone should feel at home. Smooth relationships depend on recognising prejudice and bigotry and defending others when they are subjected to discrimination.
