How tough is it to establish a business in the MENA region? What are the difficulties that entrepreneurs confront, and how do they overcome them? What about the most tempting industries for starting a business?

Jobcurators.com has conducted a study to uncover the potential and obstacles of entrepreneurship in order to assist entrepreneurs in maximising their influence and driving economic growth and innovation.

Important Findings:

Seven out of ten entrepreneurs intend to employ in the coming year.

The main reasons for choosing to be self-employed are personal fulfilment (52%), and the ability to select work-life balance (43%).

IT/Internet/E-commerce (12%) and Commerce/ Trade/ Retail (10%) are regarded as the most promising industries for entrepreneurship.

More than a quarter of respondents (30%) say that hiring the right people is the key to success as an entrepreneur.
